Sparks of Inspiration
A short synopses of the song.
This
song,
this
piece
of
music
was
created
in
a
little
over
25
minutes
by
what
I
call
free-flowing.
Most
musicians
would
call
it
jamming,
but
I
prefer
to
call
it
the
free-flowing
method
because
I
am
playing
the
music
from
within
my
self
and
using
all
the
different
areas
of
my
whole
being.
It
was
created
at
one
setting
without
pause
and
was
written
on
the
fly.
The
theme
is
closely
related
to
getting
to
know
someone
and maybe even falling in love.
Introduction
When
you
take
the
time
to
listen
to
this
music,
please
understand
their
are
discords
and
notes
that
may
not
sound
like
they
should
fit
but
when
you
place
them
within
the
whole
you
will
find
they
are
the
transitions
within
the
theme.
It
was
written
as
if
it
were
actually
multiple
voices
in
communication
and
trying
to
come
to
a
common
understanding.
They
are
at
first
being
introduced
then
they
start
to
get
to
know
one
another,
then
they
try
to
impress
each
other
all
the
while
impressing
themselves.
Once
they
realize
they
are
actually
working
together
they
start
to
reinforce
each
other,
then
they
work
in
harmony,
then
they
try
to
lift
the
other
up.
When
you
close
your
eyes
and
listen
you
can
almost
see
two
people
who
could
be
lovers
or
close
friends.
At
first
they
are
unsure
where
they
stand,
then
start
to
try
to
prove
their
strength
against
the
other
for
power
and
gradually
realize,
they
are
stronger
together
when
they
harmonize
they
flow
together
as
one,
un-distinguishable
but
still
independent
and
dependent
on
the
other.
Finally,
when
they
harmonize
they
form
a
wonderful
theme that continues to the end of the piece.

Method of making music
The
method
of
this
playing
style
is
one
that
I
really
enjoy
because
it
causes
me
to
be
more
in
touch
with
what
is
actually
going
on
in
my
head
and
places
me
in
more
intimate
contact
with
my
body
and
mind.
When
I
set
down
to
play
many
times
I
do
not
know
what
I
will
end
up
creating.
To
most
people
this
would
be
very
scary
and
it
is
until
you
get
the
hang
of
it.
I
set
down
and
start
to
play,
sometimes
I
will
just
sit
there
and
play
the
scales
for
awhile
or
until
some
sort
of
inspiration
hits
me.
Other
times
I
am
inspired
by
a
place,
person
or
event
that
has
happened
to
me
and
I
build
on
that.
There
are
times
when
I
start
down
a
rift
or
run
and
then
am
inspired
to
see
where
it
leads.
There
are
even
times
when
I
will
start
out
slow
and
by
the
time
I
am
done
I
have
tears
flowing
down
my
face.
I
call
these
free-flowing
session
open
mic
or
inspiration
sessions.
This
is
because
I
will
play
for
a
while
and
then
examine
the
different
sequences
and
runs
and
maybe
the
combinations
of
notes,
then
I
will
make
those
the
theme
of
a
whole
new
piece
of
music.
I
sometimes
don’t
even
know
where
they
come
from.
I
just
know
they
come
from
somewhere
inside
of
me.
The
really
scary
part
is
when
you
have
family
or
friends
that
ask
you
to
do
this
or
have
a
free-flow
session
in
front
of
them
and
creating
all
the
while.
It
doesn’t
happen
often
but
it
is
something
to
think
about
and
once
you
have
done
it
a
few
times
you
can
create
something
truly
wonderful.
I
know,
I
have
many,
many
songs,
theme
music
pieces,
score
music
that
are
all
lost
to
the
universe.
I
would
set
down
and
start
to
play
and
it
would
be
something
I’ve
never
heard
before
and
something
that
would
truly
move
me.
But,
when
it
was
done,
wouldn’t
have
anything
to
show
for
it.
That
was
because
I
was
not
recording
the
session
either
by
audio
recording
or
digital
methods.
I
would
go
into
the
house,
heart
broken
and
depressed
because
I
had
witnessed
something
truly
wonderful.
It
was
my
wife
that
convinced
me
to
start
recording
and
writing
every
thing
and
I
mean
every
little
thing
down.
She
said,
I
can
always
throw
out
the
junk
but
if
you
don’t
have
it
you
can’t
make
that
decision.
I
have
always
appreciated
her
for
that
suggestion.
I
would
make
that
same
suggestion
to
you.
Record
it,
write
it
down.
You
never
know
when
you
may
have
a masterpiece on your hands.
